False teeth

Two old friends are fishing. One of them sneezes and his false teeth falls into the sea. His friend starts to laugh a lot. After a time, his friend continues laughing while he is fishing, and suddenly, he gets a big fish. He decides to put his false teeth inside the fish's mouth to make her friend laugh. When he shows the fish with his friend, the other one throw the fish into the water, with the false teeth, because he was before laugh!

A visit to Spain

Hi Helen!

How are you? I hope you are fine! I'm very excited for your visit to Málaga next month. 

I will tell you what are my plans for your visit: 

-The firt day I am going to the airport and we are going to my house. Then, we will visit Málaga's city centre and we will have lunch there. After lunch, we will see the main monuments: The Merced Square, Roman Theatre, the Alzabaza, the Cathedral, etc.

After this excursion, we will go to my house again and we will watch a movie and we will go to sleep, because the day will have been exhausted.

-The second day we will see the a football match from the local team. We will go to Rosaleda stadiun, but, before this, you are going to meet my friends; they are coming to the match too. After the match, we will have lunch in a very typical spanish restaurant, I'm sure you will like it.

-The third day we are going to the beach. We will hava a lot of fun, and I think the climite will be nice! 

-The fouth day we will visit some villages. They are very ancient. You will discovedr the spanish culture very well. 

-The next three days we will go around Andalucia. We are going to go to Granada, Sevilla and Córdoba. This cities are very beautiful. We are going to try to see all the monuments of each city.

-The next four days we are going to Madrid. It is the capital of Spain. We are going to spent one of the days in a theme parc called Warner Parc, it really beautiful. I am convinced that you will enjoy the visit in Madrid. The last day, you will go to Barajas Airport, and you will return to London.

Horoscope: cancer

Voilà l'horoscope de ce mois.

AMOUR: Ce mois tu verras que l'amour de ta famille et de tes amies est plus importante que l'amour d'autre personne. Tu auras leur amour toujours!

ÉTUDES: Tu auras la grippe et tu ne pourras pas aller au lycée pendant une semaine. Etudier sera plus difficile, mais si tu t'efforces, tu auras de bonnes notes.

S'il y a quelque chose que tu ne comprends pas, demande à ta mère.

SANTÉ: Tu as reçu des baskets pour Noël, mais avec la grippe, tu n'as pas pu jouer aù basket avec elles.

ARGENT: Tu dépenseras ton argent: l'anniversaire de ta amie sera dans una semaine et elle mérite un beau cadeau.

Tu pourras obtenir de l'argent si tu promènes les chiens de ton voisin.

LOISIRS: Tu verras un programme très intéressant de cuisine et tu feras un gâteau au chocolat. Tout le monde dira que c'est très bon! La cuisine pourra être ton loisir.

My favourites

I've got five favourite items. I've got a trendy blue coat. I love it, because it's very warm and comfortable, so I wear it when it's cold outside. I've also got a feathers t-shirt, it is really modern and fashionable and I like it. It is sensible enough for school. I've also got some jeans really fashion and a big brown handbag, it is very practical to carry my camera inside. The fifth item isn't glamorous or ellegant, but it's my favourite because it's very comfortable: my reindeer slippers. When I am in my house I wear them all the time!

A Good Experience

Last year, there was a beautiful day, so my friends and I decided to go for a walk. I was skating with my friends when suddenly we saw a puppy. He was very cute and beautiful, his hair was brown and white, but he was very dirty.

We stopped when we realized that the dog was abandoned, poor dog! We were sure that he was really hungry so we decided collect money to buy dog food and a bottle of water for the puppy. 

When we gave to the puppy the food he started to eat very fast. He was very grateful!

Then, we decided to call a humane society. Now, the dog has a really good family who loves him, also, the house were he lives has a really big garden and he is always playing.  Sometimes we visit him and we gets really happy!

We are very content because we know we have change the life of this little animal!

Descripción de Sigurdr

Sigurdr es un héroe de la Edad Media, conocido por su gran hazaña, el vencimiento del dragón Fáfnir, usando armas recubiertas en oro y con colores brillantes.
Este héroe, según el relato, sabía llevar a cabo muchas actividades, lo que le hacía un hombre hábil.
Todo lo relacionado con los menesteres caballerescos, como usar la espada con maestría, arrojar lanzas, afilar flechas, manejar escudos, tender el arco o montar a caballo era coser y cantar para él.
Era un hombre fuerte y alto, tanto que, cuando llevaba su espada Gamr  (de gran longitud, pues medía siete palmos) si se encontraba en un campo de centeno, la punta de la vaina quedaba por encima de las espigas.
La anchura de Sigurdr era la de dos hombres juntos, con pelo castaño y enormes rizos, gran nariz, cara ancha, mejillas pronunciadas y ojos penetrantes.
Pero no sólo tenía cualidades físicas, era un hombre sabio; conocía el porvenir o entendía el trinar de los pájaros  era raro que se viera sorprendido por acontecimientos inesperados. También era un elocuente orador, es decir, era muy expresivo y claro. Le gustaba ayudar a los suyos, era un hombre muy admirado: su hazaña del vencimiento del dragón hizo que fuera la mirada del pueblo.
La estructura del texto es sencilla, se divide en tres partes. La primera división que podemos distinguir se encuentra en el primer párrafo y relata su gran hazaña y describe su armadura. En la segunda parte, que tiene lugar en el segundo párrafo, describe los rasgos físicos del héroe. Finalmente, en el tercer párrafo, encontramos la tercera parte, que trata de las cualidades y los rasgos morales del héroe.
En el texto, se dice que a Sigurdr 'no le faltaba coraje' y 'nunca había sentido miedo', pero yo creo que toda persona ha experimentado alguna vez esta sensación.
El miedo viene sin quererlo, a veces como defensa para no hacer cosas que podrían resultar peligrosas. Este se apodera de la persona de forma inevitable. Hay personas que tienen más miedo que otras en la misma situación es más, que incluso no tengan miedo. Pero todo el mundo ha sentido, aunque sólo sea una vez, esto.

El Cid entra en Burgos

Este fragmento de texto es un cantar de gesta (es decir, poesía épica), pues narra las hazañas de un héroe en este caso Rodrígo Díaz de Vivar, ensalzando sus hazañas y gestas. Se trata de una composición del año 1140 aproximadamente.
No sabemos quién compuso esta obra, en la época medieval eran los juglares los encargados de cantar estas historias en plazas y calles.
Es el único cantar de gesta que se conserva casi completo en castellano. La intención del Cantar del Mio Cid es entretener al público y enseñar cosas como los valores humanos.

Rodrigo, el héroe castellano es desterrado de Burgos por el rey Alfonso VI de manera injusta. Los habitantes del lugar sienten dolor y rabia, pues no hay mejor vasallo que el Cid, y este va a tener que marcharse. Los residentes no se atreven a hablarle u ofrecerle posada al Cid, pues el rey decía de forma muy clara que quien le tratase adecuadamente sería torturado.
Una niña es la única que se atreve a hablarle, tal vez porque a su corta edad no es consciente de las consecuencias que puede tener. Ella advierte al Cid de lo que está sucediendo y le explica la razón por la que nadie le habla.
Este texto se podría dividir en tres partes:
●En la primera parte se narra la llegada del héroe junto a sus hombres leales y la pena que sienten los burgaleses por su destierro.
●En la segunda parte, el rey amenaza al pueblo a quien cobije al Cid, a través de una carta con órdenes severas.
●En la tercera parte, el cid entiende todo lo que está pasando tras hablar con una niña de tan solo nueve años de edad.

Este fragmento leído pertenece al cantar del destierro, que es uno de los tres cantares que componen El Cantar de Mio Cid.
Hay rima asonante y los versos son irregulares. Hay entre diez y veinte sílabas y cada verso se divide en dos partes, en las que las palabras que forman cada división (esta pausa que separa la división se llama cesura) forman un hemistiquio.
En mi opinión, el Cid es un hombre valiente y sabe afrontar todo lo que le venga. Pese a su dolor de tener que abandonar Burgos, el Cid sigue adelante. En una situación tan grave como ser desterrado, él hace todo lo posible por poder ganar de nuevo su honra, y tan es su empeño que, finalmente lo consigue.

Una de las características de este cantar es que tiene una gran fidelidad histórica y realismo, aunque no hay que descartar la existencia de partes inventadas.
